Responsibilities

• Develops a positive customer service culture in the dining room through staff training.
• Ensures staff provides service that maintains resident experiences during meal times.
• Maintains a clean dining room and keeps equipment and surfaces in good condition.
• Ensures safety and compliance with Safety Committee standards; supports injury investigations.
• Fosters teamwork and a positive impact on residents and visitors.
