Job summary

Health Dimensions Group's Terra Bluffs in Colorado is seeking friendly servers to support dining services in our senior living community. We offer part-time and full-time shifts with weekend availability.

If you enjoy helping residents and being part of a compassionate team, we want you on our team. You will help prepare and serve meals, set up dining areas, assist residents with meals, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen and dining space.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or healthcare preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with resident care plans and dietary guidelines.
• Set up dining areas and ensure meals are served on time, at the proper temperature, and with presentation in mind.
• Provide meal assistance to residents as needed with kindness and respect.
