Job summary

Covenant Living is hiring a Dining Services Server to provide prompt, courteous service to residents and guests during meals. You will assist with serving, hospitality, and light food prep for events, while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, a current Food Handler’s Permit, and ideally ServSafe training, with about a year of food service experience preferred. This position is on-site in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving food, waiting tables, and bussing tables.
• Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to residents, guests and staff in the dining room or Bistro.
• Bus and reset tables as needed.
• Prepare salad bar items for lunch and dessert items as directed.
• Assist in setting up meetings and special events with snacks, coffee, and beverages.
• Open and close dining rooms as needed.
