Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a PCA/Dining Server to support residents' dining experiences. You will assist with daily routines, build meaningful connections, and provide patient, compassionate care while ensuring enjoyable, personalized experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
