Senior Living Residences—Anchor Bay Pocasset in Johnston, RI—seeks dining associates to provide friendly, attentive dining service in a safe, home-like environment for our senior residents.

You will greet residents, take orders, serve from a selective menu, and maintain a clean dining area while supporting a team-focused culture and daily living activities for residents. Starting pay is $16/hour with comprehensive benefits beginning on hire.

Qualifications

• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests during meal times.
• Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu.
• Set up tables for meals, clear tables, reset for future meal times.
• Maintain a clean dining environment.
