Complete Care at Bey Lea in New Jersey is seeking a friendly Server to join our team and provide warm hospitality to residents, visitors, and coworkers. You will be part of a caring environment with high service standards.

Responsibilities include taking resident orders, setting up dining areas, serving meals promptly, and ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout service. Prior server experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a server.
• Good knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of food in quantities according to the menu, recipe and number of persons to be served.
• Greets customers as they are seated and ensures the table is clean with utensils and napkins provided.
• Takes resident orders in dining room and serves meals promptly.
• Ensures food is prepared correctly and to residents’ satisfaction; addresses incorrect orders.
• Cleans dining areas, work spaces, equipment and utensils according to proper procedures.
• Disposes of garbage and stores food in designated areas.
• Complies with sanitation and safety standards and participates in required meetings.
