Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking a dining services team member to support the dining room operations across NewBridge dining rooms. You will serve meals, take orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment for residents and their guests.

Responsibilities include facilitating smooth service, attending training, and adapting to last-minute room reassignments while upholding compassionate and professional care standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to speak/read English fluently.
• Ability to work with residents, families and staff with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic food service and sanitation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and serve meals in dining rooms according to procedures.
• Take member food orders and deliver meals with courteous service.
• Maintain neat, clean dining areas and follow sanitation schedules.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and responding to resident preferences.
• Participate in in-service training and collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation.
