Job summary

WellQuest Living is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents, families, and visitors. You will assist with menu selections, take and verify orders, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate meal delivery.

The role requires maintaining a clean dining area, restocking supplies, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities to contribute to a positive community environment.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents, family members and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Assist residents with menu selections as needed and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Ensure orders reflect special requests and substitutions and verify with POS.
• Maintain a clean dining area, tables, and chairs and restock supplies between meals.
• Deliver meals to resident rooms when required and coordinate with kitchen and dining staff.
• Keep dining area stocked with condiments and equipment and monitor safety and sanitation.
• Assist in inventory and receiving deliveries and help with dishwashing as needed.
• Follow time and attendance standards and maintain a positive, professional image.
• Support marketing efforts through friendly interactions during tours and phone inquiries.
• Communicate any observed changes in resident condition to supervisors promptly.
