Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to deliver high-quality dining service to residents, ensuring a pleasant dining experience and attentive customer care. The role requires weekend availability, AM shift coverage, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ideal candidates will have basic food service skills, reliable work ethic, and the ability to follow care plans and dietary guidelines while maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have proper work authorization.
• Must complete required background clearances, health screening, and TB test within 7 days of employment.
• Must be able to operate standard serving equipment and maintain a clean dining area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking orders and serving meals in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain table etiquette, clear and reset tables between courses.
• Attend to residents' dietary needs and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor.
• Greet and seat residents, assist with menu selections, and support room service when needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety handling and service protocols.
