Job summary

Lifespire seeks friendly dining service team members to support our mission of enriching lives for residents in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

As a dining services teammate, you’ll prep dining areas, deliver meals, plate and present food, take orders, and maintain HACCP-compliant safety and cleanliness while providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepping dining areas prior to meal service.
• Delivering meals to resident homes within the community.
• Plating and presenting food according to service guidelines.
• Greeting residents, reviewing menu items, and taking meal orders.
• Serving food and clearing tables efficiently.
• Following HACCP guidelines for safe food handling.
• Maintaining personal cleanliness and proper uniform standards.
• Demonstrating dependability in attendance and job task completion.
