Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Food Service Team Member to support dining operations. Responsibilities include setting tables, bussing, washing dishes, and assisting the cook as needed, while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

You will work with a collaborative Food Services team, focusing on excellent resident service, safety, and sanitation. This role emphasizes reliable attendance and positive interactions with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must relate positively to residents and families.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, officials, and the public.
• Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Must meet state health requirements.
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash and store dishes following facility procedures; clean dishwashing area; assist in serving; assist cooks in cleaning food serving areas and equipment.
• Set up serving carts for each meal; help serve meals to residents; bus tables; clean dining room tables and chairs; sweep and clean dining area; set tables for next meal; focus on good customer service.
• Adheres to prescribed sanitation practices and procedures; performs similar duties as required or directed.
