Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Ellisville, MO is seeking a Host/Hostess to oversee meal service for residents, families and guests. The role ensures prompt, courteous service and maintains dining areas per shift.

Schedule is 11am–7pm with a focus on hospitality and resident comfort. The position offers hourly pay of $15.00 to $16.00, full-time benefits including medical, vision, dental, a Health Savings Account, a 403(b) Plan, paid vacation and more.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work with elderly residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily meal service coverage per shift by coordinating with assigned staff.
• Assist Training with operating Procedures and policies within the Health Services Department.
• Attend staff meetings as required by Culinary Services Director and Executive Director.
• Direct resident, family and guest feedback to community leadership.
• Assign sections and tables to Health Services staff and oversee dining room setup and cleanliness.
