Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to two years of prior experience preferred, with senior living experience strongly desired.
• Relevant state or county licensure preferred, with ability to obtain licensure if required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and health record platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering, room service, events, and marketing functions to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Take food and beverage orders promptly and deliver service courteously.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow food safety standards.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables and complete daily checklists.
• Assist with cleaning dining areas and manage tables, floors, and chairs after meals.
• Apply basic math for dining-related tasks and communicate menu details clearly.
• Support cost-control by minimizing waste and using supplies responsibly.
