You will also help maintain the dining area and provide exceptional customer service to residents while learning from knowledgeable seniors. Requirements include being at least 16 years old and having a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving meals and beverages.
• Take orders and close out orders within the point of sale system.
• Serve residents meals and provide customer service.
• Set and reset tables for meals.
• Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to residents.
• Report on-the-job injuries to supervisor.
