The ideal candidate is service-minded, dependable, and compassionate toward seniors, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on weekends/holidays as needed. We offer starting pay at $12/hour and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous dining, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in the dining room and designated areas.
• Ensure meals are delivered accurately and timely.
• Assist with dining room setup and cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Observe residents during meals and report concerns as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with culinary and care teams.
• Support a positive, resident-centered dining experience.
