Reflections Retirement Community seeks a dedicated dietary services professional to prepare and serve meals that meet diverse dietary needs at Green Oaks of River Oaks in Calumet City, IL. This full-time role focuses on quality, safety, and compassionate resident care.

You will maintain kitchen and dining areas, engage with residents warmly, and participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve dietary services and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates restrictions.
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring safety and sanitation compliance.
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, reflecting love, compassion, and dignity in interactions.
• Participates in seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
