• One year's work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve and perform cleanup for meals served to residents.
• Maintain an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service and delivery.
• Ensure quality food service and nutrition care in line with regulations.
