Job summary

Avir Trilogy is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in dining rooms, serve meals to residents, and maintain sanitation in dining and kitchen areas in a Texas facility.

You will follow nutritional standards, record meals, monitor temperatures, and support menu planning. Strong reading/writing in English is required; nursing home experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work professionally with residents is expected.

Qualifications

• Maintain professional and compassionate demeanor with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing dining rooms and tables for service.
• Provide meal service to residents in a timely, friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Accurately record meals served and monitor temperatures of food.
• Store stock appropriately to prevent spoilage and waste.
• Participate in menu planning and assist with related duties.
