Yona is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our team, delivering warm hospitality and safe, clean dining experiences for residents and guests. You will support the dietary manager with meal prep, service, and maintain sanitation standards while providing compassionate care.

Ideal candidates have proven dietary aide experience, good communication, and physical stamina. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with background check; food service certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide.
• Must provide a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Take down dining areas and collect plates and glasses.
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage.
• Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist in tracking expenses and menu planning.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
