Job summary

Grand Pines Assisted Living is seeking a part-time Culinary Aide for the 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM shift. The role includes serving meals, returning plates to the kitchen, and assisting with substitutes when residents decline items. You will also help with beverage service, dishwashing, and dining room sanitation.

Educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. The position offers competitive hourly wages ($14–$16) and opportunities for growth along with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve food properly and at the correct temperature.
• Return plates to the kitchen.
• Offer substitute items when residents decline a menu item.
• Return meal trays from rooms back to the kitchen.
• Pour coffee and beverages for residents in the dining room.
• Wash and sanitize dishware and utensils.
• Clean dining room after meals.
• Put away cleaned dishes.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors after each meal.
