Job summary

Lee's Summit Place is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals and a welcoming dining experience. You will assist with meal prep, service, and cleanup, helping ensure meals are timely, appealing, and aligned with dietary needs.

In this role you’ll maintain a clean dining area, support meal delivery, and collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to provide compassionate, respectful service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals that meet residents’ dietary needs.
• Ensure dining areas and kitchen spaces are clean, safe, and organized.
• Deliver meals with warmth and respect, supporting resident dignity.
• Work closely with dietary staff and nursing teams to provide excellent service.
• Follow food safety and infection control standards.
