Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support meal service for residents, guests and staff in Kansas facilities. You will plate meals, follow menus and ensure proper portioning and sanitation throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to work independently and manage meal service for residents.
• Some food service work experience required.
• Great communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food service areas.
• Set up service line and prepare for meal service.
