Job summary

Meadow Creek Village provides care for residents in a welcoming Assisted Living setting. A Dietary Aide (Dining Services Associate) helps create a safe, comfortable dining experience and builds relationships with residents and families through nutritious meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for all meals and complete pre-meal procedures.
• Fill resident food requests and transport or deliver service trays.
• Establish relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Understand menus and answer questions about meals and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with team to meet management goals.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.
