Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to support kitchen operations and dining services within the PACE program onsite. You will assist with meal service, dishwashing, and sanitation, ensuring meals are delivered accurately and safely according to prescribed diets, while providing friendly participant interactions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Riverside County Food Handler Certification, 1 year of food-service experience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Riverside County Food Handler Certification required.
• 1 year of experience in food service preferred; healthcare/high-volume food service experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required on hire and maintained.
• CPR and First Aid certification required for all PACE employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dining areas and tables for meal service.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment per sanitation standards.
• Deliver meals to tables and assist participants with meals.
• Ensure adherence to prescribed diets and therapeutic food requirements.
• Support kitchen staff with daily tasks and restock dining and service areas.
• Collect feedback from participants and maintain professional service.
