Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Dietary Aide to support kitchen operations and dining services in our PACE program. You will help with meal service, sanitation, and accurate diet adherence while delivering friendly, patient-focused care to participants.

This fully onsite role runs Monday–Friday 6:30am–2:30pm and requires a high school diploma, Riverside County Food Handler Certification, and BLS/CPR qualifications; you will collaborate with dietary and kitchen staff to

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Riverside County Food Handler Certification required.
• 1 year of experience in food service preferred; healthcare/high-volume preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; CPR and First Aid required for all PACE employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean dining room for meals and sanitize surfaces.
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment to sanitation standards.
• Deliver meals to tables and assist with diet adherence.
• Restock dining and kitchen supplies and assist with daily tasks.
• Collect participant feedback and support team in service areas.
• Maintain logs and comply with food safety and infection control protocols.
• Interact with participants with patience, compassion, and professionalism.
