Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Williamsburg is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our Dining Services team. This part-time role covers 11am-7pm and 3pm-7pm shifts, with every-other-weekend requirements.

You will help prepare and serve meals, ensure high quality dining experiences, and assist residents with their dining needs in a caring, respectful environment. You should have assisted living experience and a passion for enhancing residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or long-term care.
• Part-time evening shifts, every other weekend are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining services and meals to residents in a consistent, safe manner.
• Observe residents to ensure appropriate care and support.
• Coordinate with Dining Services and other team members to maintain quality of meals.
• Assist in preparation and presentation of meals and ensure smooth operation of Dining Services.
