Job summary

Woodside Senior Communities is seeking a Dietary Server (Non-Exempt) to assist in meal preparation, service, and cleanup. Positions are Part-Time or Full-Time with a starting wage of $13.15 per hour.

The role involves preparing and serving meals, sanitizing food areas, and delivering carts to dining rooms. You will follow dietary guidelines, restock supplies, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas, while supporting resident privacy and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience or classes, with knowledge of therapeutic diets, food safety, and sanitation preferred.
• Ability to plan and organize work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals and beverages according to menus and dietary needs.
• Transports and retrieves dietary carts to unit dining rooms.
• Sets up dining rooms and cleans up after each meal.
• Prepares snacks and sandwiches for stocking fridges in nursing stations.
• Operates the dishwasher and manages garbage disposal.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas.
• Monitors supplies and restocks as needed.
• Follows the posted cleaning schedule.
• Supports Woodside Senior Communities' mission, vision and values.
• Protects resident privacy and well-being in a safe environment.
• Maintains HIPAA/HITECH data confidentiality as required.
• Complies with corporate compliance and ethics program.
• Completes in-service training as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
