Job summary

Spring Hollow Assisted Living in Utah is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare meals in accordance with menus and dietary orders. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares food in accordance with policies and planned menus.
• Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares meals.
• Assists in serving meals on a timely basis and maintains portion control.
• Ensures stock levels and equipment are adequate for service.
• Maintains sanitation and safety per facility policies.
• Assists in daily cleaning duties and special meals as needed.
