• Monitor portion control guidelines to minimize waste.
• Prepare foods for staff, families, visitors, and events as directed.
• Prepare and serve meals per planned menus and diet plans.
• Inspect special diet trays to ensure correct diet for residents.
• Attend in-service education programs to meet facility requirements.
