Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and portion sizes.
• Follow diet orders, including texture-modified diets as required.
• Prepare regular and special-diet meals per diet cards and instructions.
• Assist with tray assembly, service, and meal cleanup.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Document temperatures and logs as required.
• Report concerns to dietary supervisor.
