Job summary

Accolade Healthcare of Waterloo is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team. You will serve meals to residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly, professional manner, assist with food prep, tray assembly, and delivery, and help maintain a clean dining and kitchen environment.

The position requires weekend/holiday availability, reliable attendance, and a Food Handlers Certification. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour with benefits, 401k, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tray line with napkins, silverware, trays and lids.
• Prep food for tray line and cooler.
• Deliver food to resident rooms and dining areas.
• Stock carts with drinks for lunch.
• Clear and sanitize tables and equipment.
• Prepare kitchen for next meal.
