Riverside Commons is hiring a Dietary Aide/Waiter or Waitress to serve residents with warmth, accuracy, and compassion. You will set up dining areas, assist in meal prep under supervision, deliver meals, and help with post-meal cleanup in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide.
• Knowledgeable about sanitation and safety guidelines.

• Physical fitness and stamina for a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food-service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays promptly to rooms and times.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and collect plates and utensils.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and maintain inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment.
