Excelcare Health Management in Lewes, DE seeks a reliable Dietary Aide to support meal service, food prep, and a clean dining environment for residents. You will assist with meals per dietary guidelines, deliver trays, and help with storage and sanitation while respecting resident preferences.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines.
• Deliver trays to resident rooms and dining areas.
• Follow portion control and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dishware.
• Assist with food storage and inventory rotation.
• Provide snacks and hydration as directed.
• Support special dietary needs and resident preferences.
• Work collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff.
