The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and completion of ServSafe within 90 days, with a focus on compassionate, dignified resident interactions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Completion of ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serve high-quality meals, snacks and beverages to residents.
• Prepare dining areas and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for meals and social gatherings.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and organization while complying with safety protocols.
• Engage with residents with compassion, reflecting the values of love, compassion and dignity in every interaction.
