Job summary

Cura Health is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support our dietary department and provide residents with nutritious dining experiences. You will assist with meal preparation, tray delivery, and maintaining sanitary dining and kitchen areas, while following individual diet orders and ensuring friendly, respectful service.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with residents and colleagues.
• Ability to follow resident diet orders and menus.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork with the dietary staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals and snacks to residents.
• Set up and deliver meal trays according to diet orders and preferences.
• Ensure residents receive correct meals, beverages, and portions.
• Maintain dining room setup and cleanup before and after meals.
• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food and supplies.
• Communicate dietary concerns or preferences to staff.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
