Job summary

Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pottstown, PA, is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. You will provide food service and support to residents, helping ensure their health and well-being.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with alternating weekends and holidays; shifts are 5:30 AM–1:30 PM or 11:30 AM–7:30 PM. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Positive interaction with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs., stand/bend/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Portion and serve food items.
• Deliver trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms.
• Assist with tray line service.
• Operate dish room and pot sink.
• Sweep, mop, and manage trash and recyclables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
