Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pottstown, PA is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. You will provide quality food service to residents and support dining operations to promote health and well-being.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic English skills, and a positive, resident-focused attitude. Shifts include 5:30 AM–1:30 PM or 11:30 AM–7:30 PM with full- and part-time options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Positive interaction with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs., and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Portion and serve food items
• Deliver trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms
• Assist with tray line service
• Operate dish room and pot sink
• Sweep, mop, and manage trash and recyclables; perform additional duties as assigned
