Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food preparation, portion meals, and ensure cleanliness and safety in all dining areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service experience is helpful but not required.

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods; COVID-19 vaccination policies may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
