Cadia Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our dietary team in delivering meals and snacks to residents daily. You will verify allergies and special dietary needs, assist in meal service, and help with tray setup, cleaning, and sanitation according to policies.

You should be familiar with ServSafe principles, and ServSafe Allergens is recommended. Prior kitchen or food service experience is helpful, and a positive, compassionate attitude is essential to support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation and safety codes.
• ServSafe certification is preferred for this role.
• Awareness of allergens and allergy needs is important.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident meals and snacks daily.
• Check diets and allergies before distribution.
• Deliver and collect trays to/from designated areas.
• Assist in meal preparation and cleaning routines.
• Read meal tickets and ensure correct items are served.
