Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines, assist with food prep, and ensure clean, sanitary dining areas.

The role emphasizes positive resident interactions and teamwork within a supportive environment. Starting pay is USD $13.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in food service is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants, administration, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
