Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will support daily kitchen operations, follow dietary needs, and help ensure resident nourishment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must meet local COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Ensure portions meet dietary needs and safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dining areas.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service to residents and staff.
• Follow food safety guidelines and state/county policies.
