Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food prep, follow dietary guidelines, and help maintain clean dining areas. Strong teamwork and customer service are valued as you support residents daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Must have ServSafe or Food Handler certification per State law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
