Job summary

Heritage Park Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time kitchen associate to assist with food preparation, tray setup, beverage service, and daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations.
• Preparing and serving beverages.
• Setting up and passing trays for meal service.
• Stocking snack cart.
• Bussing of tables and trays.
• Cleaning the kitchen work area.
• Dishwashing.
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines.
• Additional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive Director.
