Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Dietary Aide & Kitchen Staff member for Pacific Coast Post-Acute in Salinas, CA. This part-time role pays about $16.90-$17.73 per hour and includes health, vision, dental and life insurance as part of a broad benefits package.

You will help prepare meal trays, maintain a clean kitchen, and ensure residents receive excellent service. Responsibilities include meal service setup, dishwasher operation, sanitation, snacks, and collaboration with the Cook and Dietary

• Strong cooperation and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance for a full-time weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meal Service: Set up meal trays and assist with serving residents.
• Kitchen Care: Operate the dishwasher, strip returned trays, and clean work surfaces/refrigerators.
• Safety & Sanitation: Monitor dishwasher temperatures/chemicals and keep floors swept and mopped.
• Support: Prepare snacks, put away groceries, and handle trash removal.
• Teamwork: Work in harmony with the Cook, Dietary Supervisor, and other departments.
