Mercy Health - Willard Hospital is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join the culinary team. You will assist patients with menu selection, deliver meals promptly, and maintain high service standards in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring meals match orders and diet requirements, delivering menus, preparing items, and supporting the team to keep the dietary department running smoothly. Must be 18+, pass background/drug checks, and prove eligibility to work in the U.S.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
