Job summary

You will support cooks and Dietary Services Supervisors while ensuring accurate meal service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tray preparation, sanitation, and patient safety. Candidates should be reliable, with English proficiency and flexible availability based on census data.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Ability to follow and complete directions and tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
• Have a Food Handlers Card or able to get upon Hire.
• Open Availability as schedule is based on Census.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food and beverages as directed by Cook or Dietary Services Supervisor.
• Prepare trays during mealtime.
• Check clients' trays for proper items and equipment.
• Transport trays for meal service.
• Follow posted cleaning schedule with proper sanitation and cleaning methods.
• Lift up to 20lbs.
• Stand for long periods.
• Be a team player.
• Maintain regular attendance.
