Responsibilities

• Assist with all food function tasks per policy and procedures.
• Deliver meals to residents and nurses' station as scheduled.
• Prepare and portion meals according to diet cards and menus.
• Set up resident meal trays and restock after meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after shifts.
• Accept requests from nursing staff and residents promptly.
• Assist cook with meal preparation and substitutions as needed.
• Support in safety and sanitation requirements.
