Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food prep, ensure proper portioning, and maintain sanitation in a resident-centered kitchen.

The role emphasizes friendly resident interactions and adherence to safety guidelines. Candidates should be able to lift up to 30 pounds and comply with vaccination policies as required by state/counties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; applies to all applicants.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Must follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy must be complied with.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
