Job summary

Sunarch LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to support youth dining services at our PRTF facility. Under supervision, you will prepare, serve, and sanitize meals, helping maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment and adherence to dietary guidelines.

This role emphasizes meal prep, portion control, record-keeping, and teamwork with clinical staff to ensure a positive dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler Safety Training Card from SNHD required.
• CPR certification recommended.
• Handle with Care (HWC) certification helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, washes, and cuts fruits, vegetables, and other food items and plates meals per menus and dietary requirements.
• Serves meals, snacks, and beverages while following dietary restrictions.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen surfaces, countertops, and dining areas; washes equipment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Inventories and stocks food supplies in pantries and storage areas.
• Keeps basic food service records such as meal counts and portions served.
• Ensures dining and kitchen equipment are clean and functional.
• Follows all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
