Complete Care at Holiday in Toms River, NJ is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our residents with nutritious meals in a compassionate, community-focused environment.

You will assist with meal preparation, service, and dining-room setup, while maintaining high sanitation standards and teamwork with the dietary manager, cooks, and fellow staff. This on-site role emphasizes reliability and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate cookware, bakeware and cooking appliances.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in food services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables or dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Clear dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc.
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage.
• Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist in tracking expenses and menu planning.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
